Associations
Matthews & Stephens Associates is a member of National Personnel Associates (NPA), a placement cooperative with a network of nearly 400 firms and 1500 recruiters worldwide. Each member is independently owned and tied together through NPA by a shared interest in providing world class services to their clients. By confidentially sharing candidate and search assignment information, NPA members enhance their services to clients by accessing an international pool of quality candidates.

Matthews & Stephens Associates is also a member of the Connecticut Association of Personnel Services (CAPS) and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) which are our state and national governing bodies. We are also a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association.
